Targeted tumor therapy has become a new anti-cancer strategy in addition to surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy, and various targeted drugs have emerged both domestically and internationally. Compared to EGFR-TKI and monoclonal antibodies, peptides have advantages such as high affinity for target proteins, small molecular weight, low immunogenicity, and ease of synthesis and modification. Among them, small molecule peptide GE11 is the most widely used. GE11 can specifically bind and act on tumor tissues with high expression of EGFR, interacting with signal transduction molecules related to tumor growth and metastasis, in order to achieve imaging or therapeutic purposes.

多肽GE11是一种在超粘性乳酸酸酯(PLLA)纳米颗粒上修饰的多肽,可特异性结合特定细胞上表达的Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor(EGFR)并促进纳米颗粒的细胞内吞噬作用,从而实现靶向性。
GE11纳米颗粒的靶向性、生物学活性以及生物相容性都很好,同时也具有良好的生物安全性,不会引起明显的副作用。多肽GE11通过靶向特定细胞上的EGFR,他们与特定细胞表面的EGFR特异性结合,从而张开纳米颗粒,侵入特定细胞并释放药物。
